On the nose, vanilla caramel candy and oak char with a touch of fire-roasted corn, clove, and baked peach cobbler in the distance. On the taste, baked apple and berry, dark chocolate sauce with a dose of cardamom, and clove. The finish is long and pleasant with dark cacao and vanilla fading ever so gently into oak spice. Gorgeous, gorgeous Bourbon.
