Shipping charges will not be reimbursed. If the originally shipped product was provided free of charge due to promotional offers, a forty-dollar ($40.00) deduction will be made from the refund to cover shipping and handling costs.
Failed Delivery Attempts: If you fail to receive your order after the allocated number of delivery attempts as per the shipping agency's policies, and the product is returned to Liquor Amigos, a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Exchanges and Store Credit: Exchanges and Store Credit are considered on a case-by-case basis and are limited to the following scenarios:
