9north is a modern spiced rum that lives at the intersection of culinary traditions and cultural experience. The name honors the 9th parallel that ties Panama (the source of the quality rum) with Southeast Asia (the inspiration of the flavors). The Carta Blanca rum, with its natural grassy notes and mild tannins, blends beautifully with its individually selected flavors. You will find notes of green tea, lemongrass, ginger, citrus (lemon and orange), vanilla, and light aromatics reminiscent of jasmine and chrysanthemum. While ideal for a specialty cocktail, 9north has been carefully crafted to stand on its own. Whether served neat or over ice, its goal is for you to appreciate the nuances of the flavors over time.
